Two Minds

Privacy notice

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This notice explains what personal data the Two Minds website collects, why, and what your rights are under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is PM Squared 2024 Limited, trading as Two Minds, company number 15404690, registered in England and Wales, registered office 4 Main Street, Burton Joyce, Nottingham, England, NG14 5DZ. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to read and answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to discuss or quote for work.

Emails you send us. If you email us directly we receive your email address and whatever you include in the email, and we use it in the same way.

Technical data. Like any website, this site's hosting provider receives your IP address and basic request details (such as the page requested and your browser type) when you visit, so that the pages can be delivered and the site protected from abuse.

Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR) and, where you ask about working with us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

You do not have to give us any personal data. If you do not, we cannot answer an enquiry.

No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Its fonts and other files are served from this website itself, so visiting it does not send requests to other companies.

Who handles your data for us

We use two service providers, who act as processors and handle your data only on our instructions:

Both providers may process data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and by standard contractual clauses (with the UK Addendum for UK data), as set out in each provider's data processing terms.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to deal with any work that follows, and then delete them. If we go on to work together, records needed for contracts, invoices and tax are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will answer within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. If you live in the European Union you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If we change this notice we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
